Guiyang North Railway Station West Square Madison Hotel

The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very large. It's just a few minutes' drive from Guiyang North, and the hotel proactively contacted us to arrange a pickup from the station. The next morning, they also provided a drop-off service, which gave us plenty of time to explore Guiyang for half a day.

Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. To my surprise, they proactively upgraded me to a deluxe room (a tip: if you want to push the twin beds together, don't upgrade, as you can't move the beds after an upgrade). They also gave my child a pony toy and local specialty, Cili jelly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM for those catching early high-speed trains. The food was quite varied and delicious! My child was initially disappointed that the fried rice was gone, but then they brought out fried noodles, which were stir-fried perfectly with great wok hei! The crispy duck was also incredibly tasty! Guests who couldn't eat on-site could even get a takeaway! Very thoughtful. Guiyang North Station Drop-off: I initially thought they only offered drop-off service, but then I received a call from the hotel saying they also offered complimentary pick-up service, which was incredibly thoughtful! If you need a drop-off in the morning, it's recommended to book a day in advance, otherwise, it might be fully booked. Also, it's best to communicate with the hotel early on the day of departure to ensure the vehicle is arranged properly.

The environment is quiet and elegant, with thoughtful details and excellent service. I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Highly recommend!

The room was quite spacious and being on a higher floor, it offered a great view. The hotel is conveniently located, about a fifteen-minute walk from Guiyang North Station. You just need to cross a pedestrian overpass to get there, making it perfect for a layover stay.

Extremely satisfied, it was truly fantastic. The service attitude was absolutely superb; the front desk, managers, and staff were all wonderful. Highly recommended! Plus, they offer pick-up and drop-off service, and the facilities are complete and very convenient.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Guiyang North Station and they even offer free pick-up and drop-off, making travel completely stress-free. There's a food street directly across the road, which is super convenient for dining and exploring. The room was clean and tidy, with all facilities in perfect condition. The staff were warm and attentive, providing an excellent experience all around. I genuinely recommend it!
