50HZ Hertz Hotel (Jiaxiulou Qingyun Market Store)

The hotel is located right in the Electric Power Cultural and Creative Park. It's most convenient to take a taxi to and from the Nanpeng District Cultural Center. The surrounding area is a residential district with plenty of food options. It's a short walk to Qingyun Market and also very convenient for getting to various attractions. The room design is excellent, with separate areas for the bathroom and the bed. I found the air conditioning to be a bit weak, but since Guiyang summers are only around 20 degrees Celsius, it wasn't a big deal. Our large family had a very comfortable stay.

Conveniently located, yet quiet, it's just a 5-minute walk to the Guizhou Provincial Museum, which I highly recommend visiting!

Facilities: It's an old power company guesthouse that's been renovated and now has a more vibrant feel. Perhaps due to the room type, it felt a bit cramped, but the large floor-to-ceiling windows were a definite plus. Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. Environment: It's located in a creative park within the power company's dormitory area. If you drive and arrive early, there's parking available. Once you've parked, I wouldn't recommend driving out again. It's just a short walk to Dianli Alley and Xinglong Street, which makes dining super convenient and great for a stroll. The Ethnic Museum and Qingyun Market are also only a 10-minute walk away! Service: The front desk staff were enthusiastic, polite, and provided excellent service.

Facilities: The room was great and spacious, just the minimalist style I prefer. The amenities were excellent, and having a laundry room was a huge plus! Cleanliness: Spotless and smelled lovely. Environment: Unexpectedly beautiful! There were many small pubs nearby, which for a 'little boozer' like me felt like stepping into a giant liquor cabinet 🍹 It was also very picturesque for photos. Service: The staff (ladies) were very patient and their service attitude was absolutely fantastic. Most importantly, it's so close to Qingyun Market! We could just walk there after breakfast. The location is excellent – very quiet, and convenient to walk everywhere.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's not far from the snack street, and for a hotel in the city center, it offers great value for money. The hotel even sent a directional video in advance, which was really helpful.
