Location is great! A short 10 minute walk away from the metro station and mall. Many good food options nearby. Extremely friendly staff who answered all queries and acceded to our requests. Easy to use washing machine provided. Breakfast was scrumptious too! Highly recommended for travellers looking for a clean, spacious and fantastic stay in Guiyang City.

Our recent stay in Room 1515 of the hotel for 3 nights from March 22 was very satisfactory and experienced warmth and excellent service from front receptionists and room service staffs. The arrangements for brunch to provide from 7:00 AM to Noon was superb and can further help to satisfy most travellers with time flexibility, a big plus. As a couple with strict vegetarian diet, the warm respondsive service to cater our special request to provide extral fresh vegetarian hot noodle soup for the three days were grateful and appreciated. We will highly recommend this hotel.

I was really excited for this hotel, and it turned out even better than expected. The room was nice, the bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable, and there was never any problem finding someone to help if needed. The laundry room and machines were free when you needed them and already had good smelling detergent ready to go!
There's not much to look at from the room, but the room itself was clean and cozy, you didn't need the view anyways. There's more than enough cool places to hang out around the hotel if you don't want to stay inside, too, including the cool CCC PARK and huge futuristic mall next door.
The breakfast was small, but great choices for locals and foreigners alike, even with a noodle bar if you fancy a soup in the morning.
Would totally recommend for anyone coming to Guiyang!

A very cute place on the 14th floor near 1) an indoor and 2) outdoor mall. The western park is not far and the north railway station is 13 minutes. Cute dining area and has most of the necessary facilities! Many shops and dining places around

A spacious room with an unusual design and all necessary amenities. The room we were given at first hadn’t been cleaned, so we were then relocated to another room and given a free breakfast.
Breakfast room was really nice and cozy, the breakfast was Chinese style, quite fresh. The staff was polite but spoke no English.
Generally satisfied with the choice.

Very bad experience as my mum's China IC and my money was missing inside the room.
My mum's China IC was placed together with about 500RMB cash inside my passport holder, which was left under my makeup bag on the desk as there is no safebox inside the room.
Luckily I had taken out my passport from the holder as I will need it to purchase tickets and all as I am not a China Citizen.
After realising that the IC and cash was missing, we immediately told the reception on it and we search the whole room and nothing was found. The reception promised us that she will check with the housekeeping staff if she had taken or seen it but she did not get back to us, she even told us that this type of issue happened many times before and many guests had complain before. After we had left the hotel to go to another city, I even contacted the hotel for updates and they just told me if they found they never found anything and they will update me. Really disappointed with this hotel. I work in the hotel industry myself in the front office and this type of attitude and skills from the front office team is totally unacceptable.
