The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the bedding and pillows – I had a great night's sleep. The location is convenient yet quiet. Overall, a great experience. It's right next to a huge shopping mall with many restaurants that usually have long queues, but not here. It's also very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service, which makes everything very convenient.

Both washrooms have back up drainage smells. Washroom exhausts inefficient. We stayed on 9th floor, too hot even with thermostats Off and windows opened. Not convenient with big luggages to the train station.

This hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

Hotel is very close to Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport and the hotel provides free shuttle to airport which starts as early as 6 am. If your flight is too early that you can’t be able to take the free shuttle, you still can walk to the airport in 10 minutes time which 400m away
