It seems this hotel caters to tour groups. Large buses were parked right outside early in the morning, and coupled with the terrible soundproofing, it was quite noisy. On top of that, there were issues with the room's drainage.

Located in the old city area, the room was quiet. It's very convenient for getting around, with most places within walking distance. They even gave us complimentary water when we checked out, which was a nice touch. Breakfast downstairs was also very handy. Always a satisfactory stay!
