Jidianqi Hostel (Huaguoyuan Songhua Road Subway Station Exit C)

The kitten is so cute! It's been quite cold in Guiyang these past few days 🥶, so it's great that we can make tea during the day. My roommates are all very welcoming and easy to get along with, and the place is clean and has a lovely atmosphere.

The owner has three adorable kittens, and the room was completely odor-free! This is very important! The low-cushioned sofas in the common area are very comfortable, perfect for lounging with one of the cuddly Ragdoll cats. Because I contacted the owner in advance, and I wouldn't arrive at Guiyang North Station until 1 AM on the 2nd, the owner had already made up my bed so as not to disturb my roommates. The only regret is that I didn't get to eat any of the owner's cooking; my roommate said it was delicious.

The location is convenient, and it has a nice atmosphere at night. Playing some music, and there's a pedestrian street right across the overpass. There's a Cai Duoduo hot pot stall there that's very affordable and has a great value for money. We went there with other people in a group.

Overall, it was quite good. The process felt very efficient, and almost all the facilities I could think of were available. The receptionist was very friendly, and it was easy to find my way by following the directions from other people in the reviews. However, there was one issue: for some reason, there were always a lot of men sitting in the public areas. I don't know if they were guests or staff. The public shower area was right next to it, and the door was glass. As a woman, I felt very unsafe while washing up.

The room was nice. Although my room didn't have air conditioning, each bed had a fan. It was very comfortable to lie on the top bunk and use my phone. (The snow-covered creature was adorable. No one could resist touching it.) It's very close to Dolphin Square, the White House Twin Towers, and the subway station. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang.

The place was incredibly clean, and the owner was super nice. Even though I went to the wrong place, the owner patiently explained where it was. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang. There's an amazing cat there that kept begging to rub against me. There are lots of places to eat downstairs, and it's conveniently located near most attractions. I highly recommend trying the Guichu Sour Soup Beef Hot Pot nearby—it was so delicious! I ate three bowls of rice!

The owner and service were absolutely fantastic! 😝 The room was spotless, the sheets and everything were new, everyone was very friendly, and the owner even shared travel tips – so kind! 🤩🤩 There was also a kitten! So soft and adorable.
