GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Guiyang Penshuichi Subway Station Taiping Road Wanghongjie)

The service was excellent, very patient and helpful. The room was also great, quite clean. Next time I'm in Guiyang, I'll definitely stay here again. It was fantastic!

The room was incredibly spacious and wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage. The environment was clean and hygienic – I absolutely loved it!

The hotel upgraded my room for free, and it had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent air circulation. The conditions were superb! I was really satisfied with my first experience here; it's truly a great place to relax. I'll definitely be coming back often. They've always been so thoughtful, and the service is incredibly warm. Honestly, there's nothing bad to say; just go for it!

The room was large and clean, but the main draw was its convenient location and free parking. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, and the air conditioning was wonderfully warm – a definite plus. The service was excellent too; the front desk staff were very helpful and resolved any issues we had.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I really liked the hotel's toiletries. It was a bit noisy though, as I had a rude neighbor who was very loud at night. However, the hotel staff actively intervened, communicated with them, and offered compensation. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. I recommend trying the Duoduo hotpot and checking out Qingyun Market for unique, well-designed souvenirs.

Extremely satisfied! This is my first review after staying in so many hotels. It was off-season, so there were fewer people and the price was good. The hotel even gave us a free room upgrade. The front desk service was excellent; they responded quickly to any issues and communicated well. We arrived late at night and couldn't find the place, and there was no elevator at the subway exit with my 30kg luggage, so they sent a security guard to pick us up. The cleaning staff were also very kind and kept everything spotless. The facilities are new, with smart toilets and separate wet and dry areas. The room is spacious. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to the subway station. There are plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options within about a kilometer. Highly recommend!
