Hotel is new and clean. Location is quite far from places of attraction. Problem is with checking in procedure. We booked 2 X 1.5m beds which is of a higher price as we have 3 pax. When checking in, we found the room allocated to us was 2 X 1.35m instead. We then went to the reception to request to get the room we paid for. Instead they say we booked the 2 X 1.35m bed, even though the booking on our app shows it so 2 X 1.5m Reception then say they will upgrade us. And gave us 2 X 1.5m Although problem resolved but this is incorrect because we were given the wrong room from the start. And then they claim to upgrade us. It is their mistake at the start but yet it was twisted to become them upgrading us.

My first positive review has to go to the Baiyun Intercity Hotel. Room rates didn't increase during the peak travel period of Golden Week, and the front desk staff even upgraded us to a superior room free of charge upon check-in, along with complimentary breakfast. Their service was simply outstanding! Whether meeting someone or entering the elevator, they greeted us wherever they passed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, children of all heights ate free, which was truly exceptional at many hotels! The hotel was clean, and they provided free water and drinks daily!

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in Guiyang. It's newly opened and the environment is very nice. It's very close to the subway station. The service from Xiaoye and Xiaowang at the front desk was very good, and I give them a thumbs up. The room was very clean and there was a small refrigerator with free drinks. They also gave us Guizhou-style souvenirs when we left the hotel. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guiyang! !

This hotel was quite nice; I've stayed in many intercity hotels in various cities. In Guizhou, I'd say it's above average. The room type was great, and the bathroom was especially large. The service was also quite good; they gave us various souvenirs since we had a child with us. The only two drawbacks were that the hot water system malfunctioned, causing us to go one night without showering, which was very uncomfortable. Also, it's a bit far from the city center.
