The hotel was quite clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was abundant, with both Chinese and Western options. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The only downside is the lack of a dedicated parking lot; all cars are parked in a small, crowded open space outside the hotel, so you might not find a spot if you return late.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the hotel's convenient location near the fountain makes it worthwhile. I'd suggest updating some of the in-room hardware. Service: The service was attentive and thoughtful. We received welcome fruits, milk, and a souvenir upon check-in, which were lovely touches. Facilities: The room itself felt a bit old and dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the hairdryer was of average quality. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was decent.

This hotel near the fountain is surrounded by so many great food options, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also very friendly and provided amenities and gifts for children. They even set up the sofa bed in the room for my child to sleep on, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was also very good! 👍

Our stay with the kids was fantastic! The hotel provided children's amenities, the room was spacious and safe, and the breakfast was delicious with baby utensils available. The staff proactively offered little gifts to the children, and it was super convenient to walk around with the kids and find places to eat nearby. Highly recommend for family trips! Fei Fei at the front desk was very thoughtful.

The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; they delivered fresh fruit to our room every day. They even prepared a small gift for my child upon check-in. The room was spotless, and the shower in the bathroom had amazing water pressure, making for a truly refreshing experience. Absolutely perfect!

The environment and location are excellent, with complete facilities, clean hygiene, and thoughtful service. Many tourist attractions are nearby, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing.

The hotel's cleanliness is consistently good, as always! 👍 However, the surrounding area is really not car-friendly. There's no parking, and once you finally find a spot, you're hesitant to move your car again for fear of losing it. The neighborhood itself is quite poor, an old town that feels chaotic and dirty. I regretted booking as soon as I arrived and wanted to check out. To top it off, the bedside button light in the room kept shining all night, so I had to get up in the middle of the night to cover it with clothes. This was truly my worst stay ever.

Hampton by Hilton is always my top choice when traveling. The environment is clean, and there's a self-service laundry room. The staff even take the initiative to remove washed clothes from the dryer, hang them up, and place them separately for guests to easily pick up when they return.
