Shuiyuntian Hotel

The room was spacious and bright, and the furnishings were clean and tidy. Despite it being the off-season, the hospitality remained high, with fewer people and excellent service. The daytime was filled with beautiful scenery, and the night was filled with sweet dreams. This review was originally posted on Ctrip on the 27th. It was my first time booking a hotel online, and I mistakenly went to the wrong review section, so I'm reposting it now.

Facilities: Quite old. Hygiene: So-so, especially the kettle, which was extremely dirty. Even on a cold day, there was no hot water to drink. Environment: Near Jiaxiu Tower, but not worth staying here; there's nothing special around. Service: Average. The hairdryer was faulty. I called to say it wasn't working, and the front desk said it stopped working after a while. But it stopped working after only a minute. Then I had to wait a long time for it to cool down before trying again, and it still stopped working. In this cold weather, a faulty hairdryer is incredibly annoying!

Calls and WeChat messages go unanswered for ages; calls to the front desk are cut off before a conversation is even finished. This severely impacts customer experience. The service attitude is extremely poor.

This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! It's as run-down as a small hotel for a few bucks. The strong musty smell won't dissipate at all. There are mold stains everywhere. The environment is terrible and the soundproofing is terrible. At 2 a.m., the person in the room next to me was screaming and yelling so loudly that I couldn't sleep well all night. It's a real pain for anyone who stays here while traveling! The front desk was also very rude. When I told them the room was smelly, they told them to turn on the air conditioning in all the rooms! It's terrible! Don't stay here! You're asking for trouble!
