Junyue International Hotel

I have to give this hotel a great review! What really surprised me was the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service. It made getting around so much easier; no need to fuss with taxis, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. It happened to be my mom's birthday during our stay, and the hotel even offered to simply decorate the room, which really added to the celebratory atmosphere. But what touched me the most was the handwritten birthday card and the hand-drawn kitten – it was so clear how much thought and warmth went into it. Those little details were truly heartwarming~ The service was impeccable, and the environment was comfortable. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I'm in Guiyang. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Facilities: Although the hotel opened in 2019, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are super spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Environment: The large floor-to-ceiling windows are great; it's so pleasant to take a bath at night. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, and the breakfast tastes delicious. Guiyang North Railway Station Shuttle Service: There's a free shuttle service, and the driver knows the roads very well. I thought I wouldn't make it due to traffic, but he took another entrance to the station, and we actually made it on time – so impressive! 24h Butler Service: They respond to every request; very enthusiastic and professional.

Booked this hotel expecting a five-star experience, but it completely fell short of that rating. It was the most disappointing hotel I stayed at during my trip to Guizhou. The room facilities were outdated, and there were large, dirty stains on the walls. What was most outrageous was that both the bed sheets and duvet cover had holes in them. The showerhead in the bathroom was constantly leaking, causing water to splash everywhere when I showered. On the positive side, the driver who provided the pick-up and drop-off service to the North Station was very friendly, enthusiastic, and thoughtful.

The hotel's shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful, almost daily pickups and drop-offs, which was a huge convenience! 😄 The room amenities were very comprehensive, and it's also very close to the North Station.

The room was great and spacious. The only thing that could be improved is the curtain opening every time the light is turned on. The service attitude was excellent, and all requests were handled perfectly. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the double vanity in the bathroom is very practical, along with a bathtub. The room is clean and tidy, quite spacious, and the separate living area from the bedroom is very convenient. The service is very thoughtful; you can even book airport/station transfers in advance by calling them. They prepare toiletries based on the number of guests and whether there are children. Overall, the stay was a great experience.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and high-class! The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and excellent service! There's also an airport shuttle service, and the driver is highly skilled!

Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the service quality is excellent! They even offer a thoughtful shuttle service! Great value for money! Hope they keep it up! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang!
