Borrman Hotel (Guiyang Guanshan Lake, International Conference Center Subway Station)

Parkman Hotel is my top choice for business trips! The design is stylish and grand, the rooms are spacious and quiet, and the bedding is super comfortable. The gym and laundry facilities are comprehensive, the service is professional and efficient, and the price is affordable. Excellent value for money.

There were cockroaches in the room. I was on a business trip during the peak tourist season and there were no rooms available. The sheets were visibly dirty. As a result, I had allergies all over my body after living there. It's hard to describe.

The hotel is located in a high-rise apartment building. There are multiple hotels/homestays in the same building. In addition to the Berman Hotel, there are also Yishang Hotel, IU Hotel, etc. The shops on the first floor are almost all made into reception desks for various hotels. The original room type was noted as "mezzanine". When I checked in at the hotel, I learned that this "mezzanine" means that the elevator cannot reach directly, and you need to walk half a flight of stairs to get to the room. So I added 38 yuan at the front desk to upgrade to a room that can be reached directly by the elevator. The room layout is relatively cramped, and the facilities are not new. There are few types of breakfast in the hotel. There is almost no food when I go to eat at 8:30. There is a laundry room, but there is only one washing machine and one dryer in the laundry room. The advantage of this hotel is that the location is relatively convenient. It is in the core area of Guanshan Lake and can be considered for non-self-driving travel. If you are traveling by car, it is not recommended as a preferred choice.

The experience of a hotel with a price tag of nearly 200 yuan is not as good as that of a convenient hotel with a price tag of more than 100 yuan: 1. The room number was 19XX, and I was told to take the elevator to the 19th floor and then walk up the stairs in the safety passage to one floor; 2. There is a small step after entering the door, and you might fall if you are not careful; 3. The shower head cannot be fixed, and you have to hold it with your hands to wash from head to toe, otherwise it will always slip and wash the lower body. If the shower facility on the top is used, it will make two huge "pop" sounds, and I thought it was going to explode!

The service attitude of Xiao Yang at the front desk was very good. The room was very clean and big. I stayed for two days. It was very good and I will come again next time.

The hotel is very close to the North High-speed Railway Station, in Guanshanhu District, and close to the Provincial Museum. The decoration style is warm, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the hygiene is very good. The hotel is the kind of hotel with a store on the first floor as the lobby. You can go up from the side elevator. The hotel floor should be on the 19th floor. There are not many places to eat around. There is an Anshun beef noodle restaurant across the street from the hotel. It is delicious, but the barbecue taste is average.

It's the second time I booked Berman. The price-performance ratio is really high. The place is easy to find, and it's convenient to eat downstairs. You don't have to order takeout for supper. The environment is nice and the sanitary conditions are good. The price is too affordable. If I need it next time, I will book it again. The big bed room of 176 comes with 3 breakfasts. The pictures are taken in real pictures, not by agents. Brothers and sisters, go, go, go!
