A very bad stay experience. The swimming pool was closed and the sauna was told to be turned on for me. However, the heating was not turned on and I caught a cold. There was a lot of body hair in the bathtub. My room faces west, and it's as hot as a steamer in the room.

The room software is old, the curtain switch is broken, and there is a problem with the shower water overflowing and flowing all over the bathroom, making it easy to slip. The bathroom design is not reasonable. The entire room only relies on the fresh air system, and the bathroom and toilet are not ventilated. Taking a shower with the door closed is extremely prone to lack of oxygen. This is the most dangerous one! There is also a problem with the ventilation of the swimming pool on the fifth floor. The second floor is the restaurant, and the oil smoke spread into the swimming pool. The experience is very bad. The rooms below the executive level are equipped with a very old low-power hair dryer, and the cord is broken...I immediately contacted and replaced it, and the service staff was still very efficient. The wifi signal is also very poor...it cannot support office work.
