The location was a huge plus, especially with the weather. After getting off the high-speed train, a quick taxi ride (minimum fare) got me there, so I didn't have to wait in the cold. When I wanted something hot to eat, even with heavy rain, I could just walk across the covered walkway to the Hongtong City mall without getting wet at all. If I had stayed at a hotel that was closer to attractions but had inconvenient transportation, I probably would have been miserable. What touched me the most were the service details. When I first arrived, I was completely soaked and cold. The concierge not only helped me dry my umbrella but also brought me a cup of hot tea, which instantly warmed me up. Because the rain was too heavy to go out for food, I called the front desk to ask for recommendations, and they directly suggested many great takeout places.

This time I came to Guiyang for a business trip and stayed at the Pullman Guiyang. Overall, my experience was pretty good. It's a well-established five-star hotel, and everything was up to standard. The room was very quiet. The duty manager, Victor, was also very polite and patient. Thanks to all the staff at this hotel.

I'd call this location 'South City's Sweet Spot' – the hotel is directly connected to Hongtong City Shopping Center, and stepping out the side door lands you right on Erqi Road's snack street. From Changwang noodles to grilled skewers and bingfen, you can eat until you can barely stand! The next day, getting to Jiaxiu Tower was just a 10-minute taxi ride. Heading back to Guiyang Station was only one stop away, so dragging luggage was absolutely painless. What really deserves praise, though, is the service: a day before I even arrived, the front desk called to confirm my arrival time and room preferences. When I was checking in, they saw me struggling with two suitcases, and the bellman immediately took the heavier one and escorted me to my room. Those little details really added to the experience. Great location plus a personal touch? You can't beat it. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Just a few minutes' walk to Erqi Road Food Street, where I indulged in Changwang noodles and crispy glutinous rice until I was stuffed! 😂 It's also about a ten-minute walk to Guiyang Station, and the Metro Line 1 is close by, so lugging luggage wasn't a hassle at all. The rooms start at 42㎡, with expansive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was just the right firmness, ensuring a really comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and even thoughtfully provided a small map of local eateries – excellent attention to detail. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Guiyang.
