The hotel did not provide non-smoking rooms, despite having a non-smoking floor. They did offer a non-smoke treatment of the room. The breakfast did not offer hot tea or coffee. There is a 7/11 across the street. Not all staff was able to use communication tools. They were very nice but be prepared for offering assistance. Please note that the hotel has two elevators. One leads to the hotellobby. The other leads to the side entrance that doubles as an entrance for a adjacent night club. You can make your way to the front but there is not much light. Also, make sure that you close your door thoroughly behind you. It does not fall in the lock by itself. The walking distance from the subway is correct. Please check if the name of the hotel is writing down correctly. The taxidriver did not recognize it.

As a seasoned travel enthusiast, I urge everyone to carefully read the reviews before deciding whether to book this hotel. I've stayed in countless hotels, both good and bad, but it's rare to find one that's all show and no substance! I don't even want to give it a single star. First, the front desk service was atrocious. They stood there for over ten minutes and couldn't get anything done, seemingly dawdling. We were traveling with elderly people and children, exhausted after a long day, and this guy's efficiency was just too low. Second, the room. We clearly stated at check-in that we had elderly people and children and requested a quiet room, but that was completely ignored. And this room is right by the roadside! Is this the service attitude of a so-called international hotel costing 400-500 RMB per night?! I strongly advise everyone to read carefully before booking and not be misled by some reviews. This is my honest review!
