Crystal Hotel GuiYang Fountain

Stayed at the hotel with my family for New Year's Day. The front desk lady was so patient and helpful. We also received complimentary fruits and pastries upon check-in, which were delicious! I really enjoyed them. I'll definitely be bringing my family back to this hotel again.

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and many famous restaurants, just a short walk away. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and friendly, maintaining a great attitude from the start and even giving us a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided free fruit and a souvenir. I would definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Guiyang, very satisfied! 👍

The hotel is near the fountain. If you're coming by train, I'd recommend taking a taxi directly. We took the subway, and dragging our luggage through the underground passage was very inconvenient. However, the hotel's location is truly excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, offering complimentary welcome fruits and constantly checking in on our stay experience. There are so many great food options nearby – within 500 meters, you can find 'laoguo' (griddle hotpot), 'doumi hotpot' (bean rice hotpot), sour soup beef, and sour soup fish, all within easy reach.

The hotel is very close to the Fountain metro station. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, and the room is very cozy. There are many food options right below the hotel, making it a very convenient place to stay.

Traveling to Guizhou with my parents, we initially booked a twin room for our last day. However, the lovely lady at the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge, provided complimentary fruit, and even gave us a small gift upon check-out. Even though we were on the 25th floor, the views were excellent. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bathroom featured a fantastic three-way wet/dry separation. The smart Xiaodu display allowed for voice control of the TV, and amenities included a capsule coffee machine and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. The hotel's location is superb. With the subway station conveniently located nearby, it was incredibly convenient to access city attractions, and Minsheng Road Snack Street was just a 15-minute walk away. The laundry room on the 2nd floor was fully equipped – a real blessing for those who appreciate convenience. All in all, it received unanimous praise from my family and provided a perfect conclusion to our Guizhou adventure.

I stayed at the Orange Hotel for my entire three-day, two-night trip to Guiyang. The hotel boasts an excellent location near Pingshuichi Fountain, offering convenient transportation. Getting to Guiyang's famous attractions by metro or taxi is a breeze. On the first day, I visited Qianling Mountain, Jiaxiu Tower, and Minsheng Road Food Street. On the second day, I went to the Provincial Museum and Qingyun Market. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I hadn't booked breakfast with my initial reservation, but they patiently assisted me in adding it. I especially loved the Orange Hotel's pillows and their sleep-inducing aromatherapy, which ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the local specialty beef noodles were particularly delicious. Upon checkout, I was even given a small complimentary gift. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip, and I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again on my next visit. Minibar: The mini-fridge was great and practical, stocked with orange juice, soda water, cola, and more.
