It's so annoying. We got up early the next day for something, so we paid extra for breakfast. Then we came to the restaurant. The food was as shown in the picture below. There were very few categories, only steamed buns, bread and noodles. We asked the reason (they said that there were not many people eating breakfast and the chef didn't come), but the day we checked in was the weekend. Logically, there were many people staying, and the hotel needed to make these preparations. So we asked the front desk if we could refund because we didn't try it. The attitude of the front desk was very bad. They said no, and there was no room for negotiation. To be honest, two people paid 40 yuan for breakfast, and 20 yuan per person could eat outside and be full and delicious. The hotel did not allow refunds, so we had to take a few bites. During the meal, we felt that the steamed buns and bread were overnight, and the sauce was not delicious. We didn't eat much, and the experience was extremely bad! We spend money to buy services and enjoyment, not to suffer!
