Guiyang North Railway Station pick-up/drop-off service: The shuttle service every half hour is quite convenient. Environment: Very close to Guiyang North Railway Station, and there are plenty of food options downstairs. Facilities: The air conditioning was excellent. Cleanliness: For some reason, the toilet and sink had a slight odor this time. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even upgraded my room this time.

We had a fantastic stay at GuiYang Atour. Besides a very hospitable reception from the front desk, we must mention the remarkable facilities offered by the hotel: The free washer & dryer facility which is self service but also has assistance if you don't have time to wait. Vacancy of washer & dryer is also shown on TV in the room. It will be good if Atour can also provide local weather forecast on TV. Atour also provides free porridge & dumplings for supper. All their staff whether at the front desk or at the cafe or cleaners are very friendly and helpful. Also a pleasant surprise that there is coffee machine in the library! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit GuiYang again

Our stay at Atour hotel was excellent! The room was nice and comfy, and the staff upgraded us to a bigger room and even allowed us for a late checkout! The hotel is conveniently located near the Guiyang Bei High station too!

Atour is consistently excellent and satisfying, as always! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service was outstanding. Even with a late check-in at 10 PM, they still provided late-night congee. This level of thoughtfulness is truly exceptional. I will definitely be staying at Atour again.
