From the moment I walked in, I felt a strong sense of privacy. This isn't just a hotel; it's an art gallery with taste, design, and exquisite refinement. It elevated my experience across sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste, instantly lifting my spirits. The 24-hour butler service was exceptionally high-quality, very responsive, and meticulously attentive to every detail. The wide variety of high-quality breakfast options was also fantastic. The surrounding commercial district adds to the convenience. The butler's incredible patience, warm greetings, genuine care, and exceptionally responsive service were truly beyond words and left a very deep impression.

Seriously, you'd regret not staying here if you're in Guiyang. The photo ops are amazing, and the butler service is professional and attentive. The molecular cocktails are as beautiful as they are delicious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable.

The hotel's location is great, less than a ten-minute drive from the high-speed train station, and it's right above a popular shopping area. The service was attentive and thorough; all our requests were met. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Guiyang.

This is by far the most artistic hotel I've stayed at in recent years, truly prioritizing substantive service and offering an exceptional service standard. It's understated yet profound, luxurious without being ostentatious. They go above and beyond for guests, responding quickly to every request. The brunch, available daily during my stay, was fantastic—diverse and high-quality, practically covering all the Guizhou local specialties. The butler service was impeccable, proactive and attentive. Because of The Purbah, my impression of Guiyang is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I really wanted to. I've stayed in many hotels, and this is by far the most thoughtful one. The service is absolutely impeccable; the butler is available 24/7 and caters to all your needs. Every single detail deserves praise; I can't even express how pleasantly surprised I was by this hotel. Every day they delivered a generous fruit platter to my room. Even when I missed breakfast, they prepared a takeaway bag with bread, fruit, and salad for me to enjoy during my outings. Given Guiyang's unpredictable weather, they even provided disposable raincoats. When my room key had an issue, it was promptly resolved without disturbing my rest. I ended up extending my stay for a few more days, and they even gave me a very practical gift box as a souvenir. All in all, everything was perfectly satisfactory.

The hotel's design is very artistic and perfect for taking photos; the staff are also excellent photographers. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and the complimentary fruits, drinks, and snacks are all high-end. All the hotel staff are very friendly and approachable. The free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service to Guiyang North Station is a fantastic bonus!

The hotel has a strong artistic vibe, and I loved the thoughtful details. The room facilities are brand new, and the bedding is super comfortable. I especially liked that the bedroom has windows on two sides, plus a sliding door, which made it incredibly quiet for sleeping thanks to the double soundproofing. The complimentary bedtime drink was delicious and light. The pastry shop downstairs, Jinsha Patisserie, was fantastic. The hotel's location is perfect; there are so many places I wanted to try at Ayunduo Cang and Yueran Square – coffee, ice cream, desserts, sour soup beef, milk tea – truly too many to try all at once! Ayunduo Cang was so much fun to explore, absolutely adorable. My stay was excellent; I really didn't want to leave and would definitely come back! The afternoon tea was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious!

My stay at Zhenpo Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 1. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and before check-in, the concierge added me on WeChat to guide me through the process! (Initially, I was a bit confused, but then I realized Zhenpo prioritizes guest privacy, so its facade isn't like other hotels. Personally, I prefer Zhenpo's design.) 2. After checking in at 1 AM, the hotel still provided two cocktail 🍹 vouchers. To my surprise, the bar was open until 2 AM, and the staff proactively informed me and suggested I try it. The bar staff were also incredibly welcoming (even at that late hour). Plus, since I was traveling with my daughter, the staff specially prepared a non-alcoholic drink for her! The personalized service was incredibly thoughtful! 3. At 2:30 AM, I noticed the showerhead was slightly leaking (perhaps due to age). It didn't actually affect showering, but I casually mentioned it to the concierge. They responded immediately and promised to fix it at a time that wouldn't disturb my rest. Even more surprising, the next morning at breakfast, the duty manager came over with a gift to check on the shower issue (which I had already forgotten about)! Such service is truly impressive! 4. Because of this excellent experience, I wanted to extend my stay. The concierge immediately took it seriously and helped coordinate, but unfortunately, Zhenpo was fully booked (which it deserves to be), so I couldn't extend. As a result, I changed my travel plans and went to Tongren instead! 5. The hotel breakfast was rich and exquisite, featuring various Guiyang snacks, freshly prepared on the spot, fresh and delicious! 6. Upon check-out, a senior hotel manager personally saw me off and asked about my experience! From management to staff, Zhenpo consistently upholds personalized, excellent service and guest experience. I firmly believe Zhenpo's development will only get better. Zhenpo is truly an exceptional hotel in Guiyang that excels in all aspects! 🎉

An absolutely perfect experience! I had high expectations after reading reviews, but the reality was even better than I imagined. First, let's talk about the facilities. Aside from not having a pool, there's really nothing to fault. From the public areas to the guest rooms, the decor, amenities, and supplies are all impeccably maintained. It absolutely lives up to its positioning and price point. Every corner of the hotel is incredibly photogenic, and it's not just superficial; the attention to detail is excellent. Even if you're not big on taking photos, just being there puts you in a good mood. The buckwheat and gel pillows provided were also surprisingly comfortable. Next, the location. It's right in Ayun Duo Cang, with 'Dui He' and 'Captain George' downstairs. Popular restaurants like 'Xiao Er Duo Qing Shui Tang' are also very close and within walking distance. You can also opt for shared electric bikes, which is very convenient. Then there's the food. The brunch setup is truly perfect, with a rich variety and excellent taste. It's a high-quality buffet, even by upscale hotel standards. I highly recommend the beef noodles and French crepes; the DIY French crepe with a fried egg is absolutely heavenly. Finally, the service, which exceeded all expectations. The level of service is genuinely high, not just relying on individual initiative, but clearly a result of well-trained staff. Everyone handles situations with incredible grace and professionalism. On our first night, my friend had a fever, and the butler immediately brought a thermometer, ginger tea, and fever patches. Afterward, whenever we requested something, they always brought more than enough. If we asked for water, we got a whole case; if we asked for oranges, we got a full plate. They never just gave a small amount, which made us feel incredibly well taken care of. Plus, I was there for my birthday, and the butler thoughtfully delivered a small cake and prepared a birthday surprise. Lastly, fearing we'd miss our high-speed train, they even arranged a private car for us when we left. Seriously, I highly, highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Guiyang! 👋
