Choosing this hotel for my trip to Guiyang was definitely the right decision! First off, the hygiene was impeccable; the room was spotless, the sink was free of stains, and the carpet was very clean, which made me feel incredibly at ease. The quality of the bed was amazing – so soft and breathable, I instantly relaxed when I lay down. The room was a bit warm, but Lisa and Vicky quickly resolved the issue. The location is also fantastic, perfect for visiting attractions or exploring shopping districts, making getting around super convenient. Overall, the experience was excellent – five stars!

I genuinely recommend Sofitel Guiyang! First off, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around, and you can tell they pay attention to the details. The service was so warm and thoughtful. When I checked in, Janice from Guest Relations proactively offered me a welcome tea, answered my questions, and upgraded my room, which was wonderful. I got to experience a one-bedroom, one-living room suite. The room was on a high floor, but it's been pretty foggy in Guiyang recently, so the view wasn't clear. In the elevator area, Stellar, also from Guest Relations and wearing traditional Miao attire, enthusiastically directed me to the elevators. I was very satisfied with this experience.

This is truly an amazing hotel in Guiyang! They contacted us in advance of our check-in to offer us an upgrade, and our room ended up being on the 51st floor, which was really high up. We even ran into Janice in the elevator, who was incredibly warm and friendly. She thoughtfully reminded us to dress warmly due to the cooling weather and rain, which was very kind of her. During check-out, we met a lovely Stellar staff member in Miao traditional clothing; she was not only beautiful but also very enthusiastic.

I've stayed at many 5-star hotels, and Sofitel is definitely in my top 3. First off, the high-floor panoramic views are amazing. Then there's the luxurious decor. The front desk manager was exceptionally professional and provided excellent service! They really nailed the room temperature, dining experience, and overall comfort. Ambiance: The large bathtub, high-floor panoramic views, and very luxurious lighting were all fantastic. Service: Rooms were cleaned regularly, and complimentary fruits and beverages were provided. Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive; the coffee cups, tea cups, slippers, towels, and everything else were all top-notch.

Whether it was the ancient charm during the day or the dazzling lights at night, these views became the most beautiful backdrop of our trip. What truly touched us was our encounter with Rabby and Stellar at check-out. Not only did they kindly ask about our stay over the past few days and attentively listen to our feedback, but they also surprised us with gifts – cute puzzle toys for the kids, and even exquisite Guizhou-style embroidered coasters for us adults. This level of thoughtfulness made our departure feel warm and special.
