The room and overall environment were quite good, and the location was excellent. It's very close to Qianling Mountain Park, and downstairs, you have easy access to transportation and plenty of food options. However, parking was a major issue – it was extremely difficult to find a spot, and the navigation even led us astray. Also, the breakfast was very perfunctory and tasted awful; that was a big drawback for me.

The room was small but well-designed. I extended my stay for another day.

This hotel is a hidden gem! We originally booked a twin room, but the lovely young lady at the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room. The hotel has excellent facilities, a beautiful environment, and most importantly, it's only a five-minute walk from Qianling Mountain Park. After checking out, the security guard even helped us with our luggage. Such thoughtful service!

The stay was comfortable, the environment was great, and the front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Miss No. 2 was particularly warm and thoughtful, even giving us tips on nearby attractions!

The hotel is really close to Qianling Mountain Park, just a few minutes' walk to the entrance. There's also a farmers market nearby which is great for a stroll. It's super convenient to explore the market, grab some breakfast, and then head to the park. Plus, the hotel's parking lot is right next door and you can get a parking pass every day.

The room layout was well-designed, comfortable, and very clean. The location is excellent, right by a subway entrance, and only about 200 meters from Qianling Park, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. Our stroller broke, and they proactively contacted engineering to fix it, which was a huge relief. This was a very satisfying stay.

The air conditioning in the family room wasn't working well, so it was very hot. During breakfast rush hour, there was only one staff member clearing tables, which was incredibly slow! In the entire restaurant, there was only one type of utensil: chopsticks. Whether you were eating porridge, stirring coffee, or spreading jam and butter on bread, you had no choice but to use chopsticks. 😊

This hotel is a convenient 6-minute walk to Qianling Mountain Park. My room, facing the residential complex, was very quiet and clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes and tasted really good! The only downside was the sheer number of street vendors in front of the complex, which made it quite chaotic. There were also many snack shops on the ground floor, but they didn't look very clean, so I didn't dare to try them.

Location is superb. Right beside exit C of Qianlingshan station and one station away from the common tourist group gathering point. Near south exit of Qianling Shan. Hotel is very clean and the lobby is grand.

I booked this hotel for 1 night before we caught the train. It was in a good location to get to the station. There were some building works going on right next door so the staff put us in a room facing away from the building works. With the window closed the noise didn't bother us at all. When we left in the morning 3 staff helped get a taxi and take our stuff to it- so kind and helpful. Minimal English and breakfast geared to Chinese guests but clean and comfortable.

It's an old hotel, but still in pretty good shape, clean. There was smell of cigarettes in the room when I came (they allow smoking), but after opening the window for a while it went away. Breakfast fast decent. Maybe not much for the westerner who doesn't like to eat Chinese style breakfast, but I love the Chinese breakfast so no problem for me. Service was amiable and always got the help I needed. Not sure how good their English is though, since I can speak Chinese. My only issue was that the bed was way too hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. The surrounding area isn't that much fun either to be honest. Close to Qianling mountain park, so lots of people around. But there's very little else to do in the vicinity. But the subway entrance is just outside the hotel entrance, so it convenient to just take the subway wherever you wanna go.

The room was clean and tidy, and there was even a small booth, which was quite comfortable to lie down in. The breakfast was also plentiful. The subway is right outside, making it very convenient to get to various places!

It was excellent value for money and I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely choose it again next time!

The restaurant ambiance was elegant, the food was fresh, and the staff cleared plates promptly, making for a wonderful dining experience. • Cleanliness: Special praise goes to the housekeeping lady, Ms. Guo! The room was spotless, even the dust in the corners was meticulously removed. When I returned to my room, I found that she had even tidied up my messy charging cables—such thoughtful care was truly heartwarming. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips or vacations!
