Poly Hot Spring Spa Hotel

The hotel boasts a tranquil environment, pleasant rooms, and fresh air. Upon check-in, a butler greets you with rose petals and fresh fruit – excellent service! A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is "Yang Jie" in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

The hotel has a good location, about a half-hour drive from Guiyang Longdongbao Airport. The staff brought fruit and rose petals, and there's a hot tub in the courtyard, but it's not easy to adjust the water temperature.

The room's air conditioner takes two to three hours to produce warm air, and it's so loud it sounds like a tractor—it'll keep you up all night! You'll pay to suffer all night! It's cold without the air conditioner, and it's incredibly noisy with it on. The blankets are thin, and you'll be freezing without it. The private hot spring is terrible; the water is all sludge. Think twice before booking this place. Otherwise, you'll suffer all night!

The hot springs are great and worth recommending. The receptionist, Zhang Chuanrong, also provided excellent service.

It was very good. As soon as I arrived, the butler sent me fruits and rose petals. There was a bayberry tree next to the pool in the room I stayed in, which was very comfortable. The bathing environment was also good!

This was my first time staying in a room on the basement level, and many things in the room required separate payment, so the value for money wasn't great. The room was also quite old, and the water flow in the sink was very weak; it took a long time to get hot water, and the water temperature wasn't high either.
