The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a large mall, and it makes it convenient for dining and shopping. There is also a metro station close by. However, I found the room to be a bit smaller and less clean than I expected. It worked for a one-night stay, but I would have appreciated a bit more space and a cleaner room. One thing to note is that you have to go down a set of stairs from the street to reach the building where the hotel is located. I wasn’t expecting it, so it made it a bit of a struggle, since I had a big suitcase and other things to carry.

Cleanliness: We changed rooms at the last minute to one closer to our friend's room. The room was very nice and clean, with all the basic amenities.
