The hotel boasts a great location, a gym, a pool, and even a pet-friendly restaurant, offering complete amenities. The front desk attendant who checked me in was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She handled the check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, proactively explaining the facilities and local attractions. Her thorough and attentive service made me feel very much at home. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, the excellent service truly makes up for it. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel is truly excellent! It's super close to the train station, which made getting around so easy and saved me a lot of unnecessary hassle. The environment is clean, and the room had all the disposable amenities you could need. Plus, there were so many little extras available for free in the lobby, showing they really think about their guests. Oh, and the customer service lady was so gentle and kind! I slept really well, and my trip went smoothly. I've already made it from Guiyang to Kaili~

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! It was a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very polite, especially the front desk ladies Linyu and Shuangxu. It was late and I needed to do some laundry, and they thoughtfully let us rest. They washed, dried, and delivered the laundry to our room. The hotel is also in a great location, close to many local attractions and very convenient for travel. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to visit again.

The front desk upgraded the room type, and the room was comfortable; the hotel service was thoughtful, the room delivery robot was very fast, the doormen at the door were responsible, and the room service was also very fast; the breakfast was great, with many local specialties, and the waiters were perceptive and cleaned up quickly.

The Hilton Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The service provided by the staff was thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection. The hotel's location is perfect, only a 10-minute drive from the airport. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next trip!

Very nice and well equipped hotel with good service. The staffs are great and the breakfast is excellent. We’ve stayed more than 10 days in a family suite at the 56th floor and have felt the warm welcome everywhere, from staffs of different levels including the lobby manager, the reception and Ms Wang, the lady in charge of the cleaning of our room. Hotel is clean, quiet and the breakfast is excellent. More than that, this hotel is equipped also with free laundry self service(very practical for long stay), fitness center and a free coffee area in the lobby with good coffee and tea, even with various jams to taste.  The hotel is not in the downtown area but the subway line No 2 is just 100 m from the hotel and can take you easily and quickly to the downtown. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay in this lovely hotel next time when I come back to Guiyang with my family.

The house as a whole looks very good, that is, there is a smell when the door is opened, the smell is very big, I have a slight asthma since I was a child, I smelled a smell or the smoke trachea will not breathe well, they changed me to a house, the new room tastes lighter, but about an hour later I still coughed badly. I slept with a mask for one night at night. The room equipment was OK. Although the toilet was smart, it was scary to flush immediately as soon as I sat on it. It was easy to splash stains when I was going to the toilet. I couldn’t flush immediately when I got up. I had to close the lid. Unlike the all-season toilet, The smart toilet in the all-season hotel is very useful. Because I put a bed sheet and quilt on the check-in, I didn’t take a bed. The two beds were too close. The child stood in the middle of the bed before going to bed and interacted with me. The heel was also licked under the bed. There was a late night porridge but the front desk did not remind me. If it weren’t for me, I looked at the Trip.com link and called the front desk to ask. They didn't take the initiative to inform at all, and the front desk clerk was not good. I didn't have enthusiasm at all. I felt that I was disgusted on my face. I was also a travel agency in Xi'an. I knew that you would be unhappy with the customer complaint, but your room really tasted great. You should reflect instead of treating me coldly! ! I asked this taxi later, because I was leaving at five o'clock in the morning, and I was not familiar with it. I went downstairs to ask face to face. I ignored it and said that I would call the car one hour in advance. I know that many hotels do not have pick-up service, but they can also be called for a fee or be patient. If you don’t have this paid call, it’s your service’s dereliction of duty and failure. You write that the airport store is so far away and it’s not easy to call a car. You don’t consider the feelings of the guests. It’s said that the decoration in January is still so big. I feel that Atour headquarters should come and experience it! ! ! Overall not very satisfied,

The clean and tidy room is the basic operation, and the more pleasant surprise is that the bedding is particularly comfortable and the pillows are moderately soft and hard, which relieves the fatigue of the day. The only thing lacking is that the sound insulation of the hotel is not very good. I hope the hotel will be perfect. The front desk staff Miss Maruzitou service is very intimate. When checking in, they also presented a local travel manual. The staff will replenish food in time during the breakfast period, and the closing is also very timely. The overall environment is clean and orderly. High cost performance, recommended to all friends who come here!
