As part of their opening promotions, I got a premium twin room with breakfast for two, a complimentary minibar, and executive lounge access – incredible value for money! The day before check-in, Ms. Zhu from the Guest Relations department proactively contacted me to confirm my preferences and habits, making room arrangements very smooth. On check-in day, the young man with glasses at the front desk was very friendly. He upgraded me to a high-floor room, patiently explained the hotel's facilities and my member benefits, and even offered a welcome drink at the 'Jumingyi' lobby bar on the first floor – I chose jasmine tea. He also registered my license plate for easy access to the underground parking! The hotel boasts luxurious decor, spacious rooms, and convenient transportation. With free parking and professional staff, it truly showcases the high standards of the InterContinental Hotels Group. From Ms. Zhu who contacted me in advance, to the friendly gentleman with glasses at the front desk who handled check-in and check-out, the staff at the 23rd-floor Executive Lounge, the lobby bar staff who helped me make a DIY 'Dragon Boat Festival sachet,' the bellhop, the cleaning auntie, the lifeguard at the 5th-floor gym and pool, and the staff at the breakfast buffet – everyone made me feel right at home, warm and welcome! The hotel also provided a complimentary welcome fruit platter and an embroidered souvenir, making my Dragon Boat Festival holiday fulfilling and enjoyable! Five-star recommendation, five-star rating!
