Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room.

We were in town for a Volleyball tournament and already reserved a room. They were sold out of rooms when we got there . The staff was very nice and professional but said they had a new system and were not trained properly .

This was a terrible experience . Paid for 3 nights got kicked out and charged 100 dollars for supposedly not being out by noon. Half the stuff didn’t work like the tv. The WiFi and the elevator had stick on lights because it had no lights. The building had a weird smell. All of the above. Worse place. Never again. I’ll pay more for better next time.

Great place and proximity to everything. Craft Farms Golf is right around the corner. Plenty of places to eat also. Publix right next door for groceries too. Room was amazing had a great stay.

Nice front attendant. Clean Lobby. Felt Safe. First room was terrible - Room 102 smelled as though a cat had sprayed in the room, requested to be moved. Room 202 had a nice lay-out but the floor was so sticky and carpet felt dirty. The air was so musky - I think it came from the carpet being wet. I really liked the lay-out. The room was very roomy with wonderful accommodations. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. I thought the attendant would take extra care to put us in one of the best rooms after our experience with the cat urine odor.

Great staff, very clean, heated pool was nice. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

The staff was super helpful. The same lady was there when we checked out and honestly wanted to know how our stay was and if we enjoyed ourselves. We came down to catch the fireworks but were concerned about best place to view from. She recommended a quiet are that was close to the show. Wow!! We were sooo close with hardly anyone around us. It almost felt like we were having our own private show!! Give this lady a raise!!

Rooms appeared clean. But had a be try strong musty/mildewy odor, which I honestly expected from reading SEVERAL other reviews saying the same thing. The staff at the front desk were more than friendly/nice. House keeping had what seemed like bad attitudes and stank face, they were also really getting ignoring anyone looking for staff assistance. If they get rid of the mildew smells it could be a contender in the future as the rooms were good sized and price was low
