Super 8 by Wyndham Gulfport Biloxi Airport

Beds were so small. Breakfast was bread and 3 different cereals. That's it. Pool is green. We had a bad experience checking in. The hotel couldn't find our reservation. Trip.com instead of rebooking for us they canceled it for free but had us pay for the hotel with our cash and then send a receipt to prove the rental of the room for refund. I have used them before with no problems so I don't know what happened this time with our reservations, but it went badly and I had to fix it. I was refunded it a timely manner but not the same night as my cancellation. So if you're on a budget with only a certain amount of money, be careful on transactions. I had to pay with a different card the second time. Until I was refunded, it was like I paid double for a bit. It was stressful and inconvenient because we are on vacation.

WHY WOULD YOU EVER PUT BEDS AS SMALL AS THESE IN A ROOM IS BEYOND ME.... NO COFFEE POT , NOT ENOUGH TOWELS , VERY MINIMAL ACCOMODATIONS ....................DON'T STAY IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO

They need to fix a hotel up. They need to get it clean. They need to clean the pool and stuff need to be a little more nicer.

Ice machines were completely out. A road worker said he has stayed for a week and no one has fixed the machines. I asked the manager about it and he said I called them. Paper trash, bottles all over the grounds and around the pool area. Road workers sat outside their rooms smoking and drinking till 2:00 am. You could hear them dropping beer bottles and breaking them. I had to leave a day early do to a family matter and I could not get a refund for the one day because they said I prepaid online and they could not do anything. Did not feel comfortable at night there.

Place was a bit dirty, homeless encampment behind property, pool shut down. Staff was nice and friendly, beds were fairly comfy.
