Holiday Inn GULFPORT-AIRPORT by IHG

Was great 👍

This is where I’m always comfortable when I visit the Gulfport. It’s relaxing and I feel very safe on this property. I will always make this place my first choice when visiting.

the attention of the staff was great. i even got a chance to meet the manager who heard that i had an issue with the mini split

There’s no complementary breakfast The ice machine was out of service for the entire time we were there. The area smelled sour, they didn’t post out of order. We had to travel to another floor for ice. The A/ C rattles the entire time it rush. The carpet needs to be shampooed Asap! When you enter the hotel it smells great 😊 The elevator was quick. But they have work to do The staff is not so friendly at all. We will not return.

Location to everything was perfect. There was nearby fast food, restaurants, shops, it was close to attractions. The indoor pool and hot tub was great

Clean room, comfortable beds, just seemed a little short staffed. Other than that, a great stay

The staff was very courteous and helpful and the room was clean. The a/c was easy to operate and worked like it was supposed to. The only thing that caused concern was that the bathroom was very slow to drain.

The only issues was the a/c is was so loud. At one point I thought it was going to explode. Other than that. No issues

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a great shuttle service from the airport.
