Sleep Inn & Suites Gulfport

it was cool

Shower Rods and Shower curtain had rust on them. The curtain was stained from the shower rod being full of rust. The Window curtain had stains on the bottom file if the room had flooded but we were on the 2nd floor.

The staff at the front desk Jade was very rude, had a horrible attitude, also gave us a very hard time with our belongings.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls are too thin. Hotel when not full needs to book every other room. Able to hear all activity in next room.

2/4 of the rooms even not cleaned up upon arrival. We were going up stairs and found out the rooms are the mess (dirty). Going back and check in another rooms. The smell of the hotel is horrible! Never come back again. I will up the photo when I opened the door to get in and found out the room not cleaned yet.

I just stay one night to rest from a long drive. The area is Close to a lot of restaurants. Breakfast was nice.

Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There was garbage in the garbage can. I understand garbage belongs in a garbage can, but to see a previous occupant's trash was not good. The toilet had a ring in it, so it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Lots of hair in the shower

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was poor. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff are pure gold. They all take pride in their jobs and do it well. Very responsive, accommodating, and friendly.
