Very good hotel. Even though it's a little old hotel, but very good management. I felt comfortable very much during my stay. I want to recommend other customers to use this hotel.

No toothbrush and toothpaste given. Have to purchase at 5000₩ if u don't have. Room is small and I can see dust flying ard. I was driving ard town and was delayed. Reached hotel 1245h. I req late checkout and the staff said cannot. So I req for her to extend till 1315h and she said 1300h. When I checked out, her colleague requested for 22000₩ for late checkout. This wasn't mentioned earlier. Had I known I would be charged I would have taken my own sweet time to pack instead of rushing my 20mths cranky toddler. Staff is inflexible and unsensitive.

어머니를 모시고 군산을 방문했다. 군산은 외할머니 산소가 있는 곳이고 외가 친척들이 사는 곳이다. 2박3일간 호텔에 묶으면서 친인척을 만나고 즐겁고 맛난 식사를 했다. 호텔은 깨끗했고 조식도 입맛에 맞았다. 근처에 위치한 은파 호수공원에서 한 아침 산책도 좋았다. 라마다 군산호텔 적극적으로 추천한다.
