Sunset House on Lake Guntersville: Fishermen & Cozy Family Paradise!

We have stayed at this house several times for fishing tournaments. It is absolutely perfect in every aspect. Room to park 3 vehicles with boats. Absolutely spotlessly clean and more than well stocked. Kim is the best host I have ever worked with. This house is in a great location within sight of a major boat launch and right across the street from the park and river walk and less than 2 miles from downtown shops. Our wives don’t even care that we are fishing all day. The price is cheaper per person than the Hampton in town. We never consider anyplace else.

EVERYTHING !!!Kim and Roger...were Great from start to end!!! My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary weekend, and out the gate we were Blown away with the warm welcoming we received. Truly heartfelt in so many ways Whatever you could think of or may have thought of was answered already. My family and I have stayed at many locations all over the states, but this stay exceed all expectations. The property was welcoming and flawless. The location is Perfect for R&R. Yes, was in touch every day. This house is across from Guntersville lake! Beautiful area, great for families! Close to everything. Were looking forward to booking this house again in the Spring!

Place was great and very cozy. Plenty room in backyard for kids to play. Near everything so dont have to travel far. Definitely will be coming back here. Thank you

This was a beautiful house that was very clean and felt like home from the first step in the door. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING that you might need. We had a great stay with every everything we could have needed and more. The check in/out was so easy and it was in a great location - close to everything but quiet and right across the street from the lake. Thanks for a great stay!

Cooks Bass Tournament Enjoyed every part of the stay. The only thing that could be an issue is turning a boat/trailer into the drive way. I had no issue but an inexperienced driver could.

Lake Guntersville Fishing Trip Great stay with everything we needed and hope to be back soon.

Fishing tourn stay Return trip to this property for a fishing tournament. Location is ideal. The house is even better than presented. Super clean and super stocked. Boat ramp within sight and the park is just steps away for the wives and kids. The owners have widened the drive since out stay last year which greatly aids boat entry/exit. Owners are fabulous and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend
