Bloom Hotel - Medicity Gurugram, Near Medanta Hospital

I had a lovely stay Thanks to the manager. Muskaan gupta She was so cordial and nice. I was very comfortable

Unmanaged hotel, Untrained staff. They don't know the hospitality . Its my first visit but experience was very bad I can't recommend anyone to visit this hotel . The chain of hotel is like bloom is good We face the water issue in this hotel even a 6 hours We were complained to reception,house keeping,everyone just told us . Mai karwata hu . Even evening after 10 staff told me bluntly 'meri duty nahi thi muje nahi pata' After may phone call then finally we shifted in other room at 12.30am next day . After check out i came back and ask front desk can u please give me place for a change . They are denied no place is there /room vacant. Very bad experience. I travelling since 20years across the Country but it was very bad experience with bloom. I can't expect from the hotel chain like bloom.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, a restaurant on the ground floor that serves good food - especially South Indian food. Had a great stay!

We stayed at The Bloom Medicity Gurugram for a few weeks in October 2025 and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone from the security at the entrance to the reception and room service was super welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfy, with a soft bed, plenty of water bottles, and snacks always available. Cleanliness and comfort really seem to be their motto here. The Coromandel restaurant deserves a special mention. The food felt just like home, fresh, delicious, and beautifully served. As Mauritians, we not a fan of spicy food, but the Chef and team took great care to adjust everything to our taste. The front desk and housekeeping teams were fantastic too, always ready to help with a smile and making sure every little thing was perfect. Overall, Bloom Medicity Gurugram felt like a second home.we were pampered and taken care of from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be coming back again.
