The booking people and front desk people were not helpful when trying to help me! Was very disappointed with their lack of flexibility

My first time, and I had a wonderful time! I am already looking my next booking at this property!

Its ok for a very short stay. No lift so be aware and prepared for hauling the luggage if you are on upper floors. No international power points. The way to rooms has steps all over the way. No trolley to get luggage to the room. Just ok.

The cleaning and hygiene maintain in the hotel is best............ I like the services of the hotel.the food is owsome..

## Negative Points the parking area is quite far, requiring you to walk a distance in the rain without an umbrella, getting your clothes wet. 2. *Staff Behavior*: The staff wasn't courteous enough to escort you to your room or provide directions. 3. *Room Amenities*: There was no hot water in the room, and the washbasin was broken. 4. *Noise Disturbance*: Despite requests for no disturbances late at night, the staff still rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. ## Suggestions for Improvement 1. *Improve Staff Training*: Focus on customer service and courtesy. 2. *Maintain Room Amenities*: Ensure functional washbasins and hot water supply. 3. *Parking Convenience*: Consider closer parking options or provide umbrellas for guests. 4. *Respect Guest Preferences*: Adhere to requests for minimal disturbances.
