Stayed at the property for two nights with a friend, and loved my time there. It’s well-maintained and has a premium feel, perfect pick for someone planning to stay around Cyberhub. Really enjoyed the restaurant food as well, both the breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent. Special thanks to Shalini at the reception, for her warm support throughout the stay and making checkout seamless, it truly added to the overall experience.

The guest house is at a prime location and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Shalini and Vikas were very helpful throughout. It was a pleasant stay overall.

The unparalleled customer care began with Ms. Trisha Ray, who provided a pinnacle of service from the moment of booking, handling every query flawlessly. The hotel's location is peacefully set away from traffic, yet conveniently close to the Moulsari Rapid Metro (1.5 km). Upon arrival, Mr. Mahendra at the front desk was prompt, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. He swiftly completed our formalities, arranged a space for my work call, quickly prepared our room, and personally escorted us, offering excellent dining tips for the best variety. Ms. Trisha further elevated our celebration by arranging a beautiful surprise—a cake, flowers, and decorations that my wife absolutely adored. The dinner experience was superb; despite the crowd, the staff prioritized in-house guests, securing us the best table, which felt incredibly thoughtful (likely thanks to Ms. Trisha's coordination). The professionalism and genuine warmth of the entire team, especially Ms. Trisha and Mr. Mahendra, made our stay a testament to true hospitality. We are so glad we cancelled our booking at The Palms Town & Country Club and chose DLF Club 3 instead—this hotel is the definition of heartfelt, exceptional service.

Nice Hotel, friendly people esp at Front desk and Restaurant..I felt really komfortable tob stay at this Hotel. It IS ab very good opportunity for staying at Gurugram. I will recommend this further..

This facility is absolutely top notch in terms of the standards being maintained. Right from the rooms, housekeeping, restaurant, everything surpassed our expectations. Everything is so professionally handled. The staff at the reception, restaurant and the housekeeping team were all extremely courteous and supportive. Mr. Akhil Chauhan working in the restaurant was extremely polite and looked after us extremely well. Overall, a memorable experience.

Very well maintained room and ambiance . Food quality is extremely good. Staffs are excellent and very courteous………….
