The service is top quality. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The food available in the buffet is superb. My family loved everything about the hotel.

Had a great stay at Ibis Hotel Gurugram! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and polite, and the location is very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the overall atmosphere was calm and professional. Really appreciated the hospitality and service. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and personal stays.

Very pathetic service by the front desk staff , room they give also not up to the mark like all ibis property , this is the worst hotel for stay , overall very bad experience

Rooms were old but cleanish.  The front desk was a complete disaster.  The team was slow, inefficient and stuck with paper sheets to track check-ins and checkouts. Wouldn’t stay here again

We were allocated a room on the 7th floor, and the bathroom water pressure and temperature were poor. The water was inconsistent and often not hot and we had to make repeated calls to get it adjusted, which was quite frustrating. That said, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is good.

Room are too small and very old

The best located affordable hotel in Gurgaon. Have been a repeat guest for years. The staff is remarkably helpful and polite and gets better each time.
