I had an amazing experience at Park Inn by Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The food was delicious, the ambience was relaxing, and everything was well organized. The highlight of the evening was the live singer, who created an incredible atmosphere with an amazing performance. It was truly the best live music experience I've ever had, and it made the entire night unforgettable.

I checked out today 26th November. It was wonderful experience. I booked 1 night for my wedding anniversary and would like to thank all of the staff who was very helpful and provider the best service. Room was very neat and clean and breakfast was so delicious. Overall it was wonderful experience and waiting for the next trip when i can book this hotel again

Had a great stay at The Park, Bilaspur. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities provided were good and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall value for money was satisfying. The staff provided excellent service throughout the stay. Special thanks to Chandan and Hunny at the dining hall for their polite behaviour and great hospitality, which made the experience even better. The only issue was the noise level, as the rooms were not properly soundproof and outside noise could be heard at times. Other than that, everything was managed very well and the stay was enjoyable overall.

The room service was truly excellent and exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Chandan for his outstanding hospitality and support. He arranged everything very smoothly and made our stay comfortable. The staff was polite, prompt, and very professional throughout. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
