courteous staff, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The only drawback was that the food in the restaurant wasn’t served hot, but everything else about the stay was good.

Having booked and payed through theTrip app, I had to wait over 30 min. for the staff to validate that my stay was pre-payed. The room had a pungent smell to it, very disagreeable. The location is not so close to the airport, also the surroundings do not seem very fir for tourism.

The hotel was excellent . Staff were really nice. Rupesh helped a lot with all the room related services. It is a nice hotel .

Welcome bad, restaurant furniture bad, food is very bad, room not upto the mark, bathroom door missing, bathroom amenities damage, menu cards useless, lighting very very bad and room service very slow with short of services.

Friendly staff. Dirty main area. Poor food choice. Most things not available on the menu. Dry hotel which we hadn’t expected. Room was overpowering with the smell of damp. Bed was damp. Mould on the walls in the main area.

Would give 0 stars. The place was ringing wet, water, mould, mildew and fungus down the walls. No buffet available (we paid for this in advance) and most of the a la carte menu was unavailable. The corridor to the room smelt very damp, the room stank of damp and mould. The shower was only luke warm. The staff were very good and doing their best but I can’t believe Radisson have put their name to this dump and very upset that Lumle Holidays booked us here. Shame on all involved.
