Trident, Gurgaon Reviews

Prettiest property out there in NCR region, the food and the ambience is beyond what anyone could think of.

The staff are extraordinary. The services are impeccable, the environment is amazing and the breakfast is awesome! Will definitely come back to Trident in my next travel!

Excellent and a very friendly and helping staff. Clean and a well maintained property

Very suitable for couples and very unique as a property in Delhi area.

Amazing property. Its like resort and food was also very good.

all was good and breakfast was great. service was attentive but not intrusive

Excellent. It was one of the best service experiences I had. The value for the price is so good. Undervalued, in my opinion. When I say best service experience. It is by far, and I compare to 5 stars hotel in Singapore and premium location.

Hotel room is clean and tidy. Concierge staffs are professional and nice.

Excellent service and facilities. Close to the airport and generally good if you have any work around the area.

Everything is gd

Trident is great! Staff (Priya, Priyanka, Namit, Abhishek) and everyone else is great. Amazing place to experience true Indian hospitality. Well done team Trident

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!
