Grand Hyatt Gurgaon

Grand Hyatt was very beautiful - service was top notch, breakfast spread was superb with live egg stations, would recommend the lounge access

There was not much to enjoy. They only had a pool and gym and honestly the property should get rid of grand from grand hyatt. There was no welcome drink, no welcome custom as such plain simple take keys and go to room and the impression at the reception was not grand either there were laptops at the check in area with no keys in keyboard 😂. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Rooms were clean and location was great. Food omg i had the worst experience at this place. I ordered fish and chips and i got an oily stinky dish seems to be fish pakora at a roadside stall. Presentation was like 100 bucks dish but on the positive side they took the dish out and apologised for the same but again that left a bad taste for me and there was endless delays to get me birthday cake. All n all not a Grand Hyatt vibes for which the names stands.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details and the well-maintained facilities. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the team. They were always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit.

I am extremely happy with my stay at the Grand Hyatt. I do thos every year. It was my anniversary and Celine (don't know the correct spelling, maybe Selene) was so kind in arranging cake for us. Divyaansh at Checkin was so courteous and professional, kindly helping us bring our bags to the room. His manager was also great, and remembered us from our stay last year. Forgot her name but she really exhibited her leadership skills. At checkout, Alisha was very helpful and kind, so was her manager (didn't get her name). They walked us all the way to the door. Kind gestures like these matter alot. Amit also showed great service by helping us with our bags, and Vinay at the front door too was so polite and helpful with our bags. Location is also alright. 35 minutes to airport if no traffic, half an hour drive to DLF Cyberhub for great dinner. Oh and in winter time they serve some delicious hot chocolate as a welcome drink. Their breakfast was also fantastic. I got to try local delights I don't usually have time to try like the Bun Maska. 10/10 recommend Grand Hyatt!

fantastic staff i would like to mention that Prerna and Biju were excellent. they are really helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Neel from the restaurant was also very good. thanks
