The Spa and the food at Under the Neem are undoubtedly deserving of the awards they received. Very relaxing. I often come here to escape from the mundane realities and it never ever disappoints. Staff are sensitive and attentive to the smallest of things I do or say. Like when I was squeezing lemon in my drink I was asked if the drink is to my liking, if I need more lemon, etc. Similarly, when I was swimming and mentioned that water is getting into my hair despite the shower cap the swim coached told me I should have asked for rubber shower cap. Most things are like that here. Ask and you shall receive is not at all a fantasy...! I highly recommend people, especially big groups to stay here at the Eagle's perch or any other property suited for their purpose.

Amazing experience. Mr Azhar Uddin is the most courteous host. Nothing bad about this property. Everything is top notch. Food is amazing. Decor is lovely. Staff us very polite. Completely Sustainable. A perfect example of how sustainability can go hand in hand with modernity.

Experienced next level of hospitality. Everything was precisely done and tuned to perfection. Mr Azharudin (front office manager) was very courteous and very cooperative. Mr Yadav and his team at the restaurant Under the neem never disappointed us and greed us and demands of the children with a smile. The food is exceptional. Mocktails very diligently prepared. We stayed at the eagle perch (karma chalet) which is a 2bhk apartment and it’s worth the money spent at this property. I am short of words describing their hospitality and before I miss it, the welcome drinks were too very refreshing and they had variety of welcome drinks too which was something new for me. My recommendation is to experience all the activities at the resort and be ready to taste all the variety of food being served as the food served is out of the world.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that enhanced my comfort. Visiting Nimoli Spa was a rejuvenating experience with skilled therapists and a tranquil atmosphere, leaving me refreshed and relaxed. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options, catering to various dietary preferences. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was prompt and courteous. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the hotel staff. They were always friendly and willing to assist with any request. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way.
