We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with enough space for our family. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious options, and the overall food quality was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Guwahati. The rooftop pool and hotel facilities added to the experience, and our children especially enjoyed the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable visit. Had a fantastic one night stay at the Novotel. The overall facilities are absolutely top-notch, maintaining an elegant and luxurious vibe throughout. A major highlight was the dining, the restaurants serve incredible food with outstanding service. Highly recommend it for a flawless luxury experience. Can’t wait to return! The whole staff was super friendly and supportive.

We spent only one short night at Novotel Guwahati. The check-in was efficient. The staff were very kind. The room was comfortable but needed better ventilation in the bathroom. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR!!!!!

Service we received from Security and valet was very good Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said "there is no such name in their booking list" inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out. Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly. Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606. Room service was good

A typical Novotel, one of those three-star Novotels, nothing more. The thing that really ruined my mood was the public address system speakers, which are hung throughout the hotel, including in the rooms, and constantly emit an unpleasant sound of a broken wave, making it unbearable to sleep with.

Hotel is nice staff is super friendly and welcoming. I really like the smell of this air freshner in here. And buffet is one of my favourite part about the hotel. Miss lyntibabha took care of me and my colleagues so well. She is very warm and kind she even gave us a special treat at the breakfast buffet.she has avery positive attitude and her smile is exceptionally sweet.

The staff was amazing especially Lyntibabha, she was asking throughout whether we want something or not, and was very soft, spoken and kind plus professional, I really liked my Stay. Thank you.

A front office that doesn't care. Flight late and had to rush to Kamakhya temple so that darshan time is not missed. Spoke to Krishna showed him my luggage with two requests (a) cut the ziplock plastic put by airlines (b) then deliver my bags to my room so that I can change and rush out for the temple. Went and showed him bags also. Result bags come after 30 min and it's evening now ziplock still there. Even after a few hours he couldnt bother less. The entry to the elevator was blocked during chek in because of some university event and not a single staff was bothered to ease out for guests staying. It's only a few hours and leaves a bad taste of how unconcerned the front office could be. Jayanta Das.
