Hotel location is excellent, staff are good and polite but seems strange with low occupancy and gives a feel of deserted bungalow as the building is huge. Looks like very old building.

Find from mmt. Rooms, service and amenities are good. The food quality is not upto the mark. Location of the hotel and behaviour of staffs are good.

I booked room for 4 nights and room was not really clean
water in all tap is dirty and smells bad, like rusted iron
second room was not having intercom in working condition
only positive thing is spacious rooms
service is average
cleanliness is 2/10
if you did not notice service staff not even change bed linen and i doubt whether they always provide properly washed bedding
need to improve on cleanliness

Receptionist behavior was not good. Rooms were in bad odour. Old bedsheets and towel. No proper amenities. Worst food menu.

Checked in a little late. Staffs were helpful and kind enough and ready to help. Room was clean and pretty nice. Edible items were good in taste, wanted to taste few items of their menu but was not available at the moment,

Hotel personnel told that there is centralized hot water system, however there was no hot water even though we kept tap opened for 15 min. Also there were mosquitoes in the room. Hotel is not maintained properly. Not worth the price we paid.
