Spring Hill Hotel

The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast spread was fantastic and very tempting. Plus, you can even catch a glimpse of the Milky Way right outside the entrance late at night!

I'd bet against anyone I can. The Chunkun Mountain Scenic Area itself isn't worth visiting. A two-hour tour is the best, and a 200-yuan hotel in the city wouldn't be much better. 1️⃣ Before check-in, I called the front desk to ask if there were any nearby charging stations. She said none, but we spotted a row of them not far away while we were eating. 2️⃣ At check-in, the staff wasn't even wearing work clothes, let alone any makeup. During my stay, I walked by the front desk to ask about something, but they were playing games and wouldn't even raise their eyelids to speak. 3️⃣ Our room window faced the iron staircase at the back of the hotel, and the view wasn't great. The air conditioning only heated up, not cooled. I called the front desk, and they told me to open the window if it was too hot. I was speechless. 4️⃣ Breakfast ended at 9:00 PM, and when I arrived, there was nothing there. Not even a staff member. 5️⃣ The facilities are dated and not worth the price. Even if I could tolerate it, I wouldn't waste my time writing such a long review. Whoever stays here will regret it. Ikkiu is silent and still has a 4.5 rating. How did he cheat?

I never review anything, but I'm writing a short review today. The hotel service was extremely poor. It was a bad experience, so choose carefully. 1: Breakfast ends at 9:00, and we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30. It was packed. My child wanted milk, but we couldn't get it. My child didn't even get a drink. I can afford milk for a few bucks, but the service was truly terrible! 2: We checked into the room at the very back of the hotel. The hallway lights were on, but they were off at the very back. My daughter and I were staying in the very back room, so we turned on the hallway lights and told the waiter not to turn them off. The waiter ignored our request and turned them off again. I later reported it to the front desk guy, who immediately came and turned them on. I have to give him a thumbs up. 3: The hotel room was awful. Overall, I highly do not recommend this hotel. The facilities are there, but the service is truly terrible. 👎

Let me first explain why I am dissatisfied. If this hotel was called "Chunkunshan Guesthouse", it would get full marks. But calling it "Chun Kun Shan Hotel" is too much when it doesn't even meet the basic standards of a hotel. Facilities: The maximum shower water temperature is only around 38 degrees, and the water pressure is only as strong as that of an ordinary household shower. It is impossible to take a hot shower when it is freezing in the mountains. The wall panels and the ceiling are just a thin empty wall. The sounds of talking in the corridor, coughing next door, footsteps upstairs, flushing in the sewer downstairs, and unlocking the door opposite are all clear enough to hurt your ears. The pillow was very high and my cervical spine became stiff after a night's sleep. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted by itself, there is no cooling, and the heating is a fixed temperature. It becomes very dry and hot after being turned on for a while, and there is no humidifier. Hygiene: It is not too dirty, and the overall level is that of a county guesthouse. Service: The hotel does not allow ordering for dinner, only buffet. However, the dozen or so plates in the buffet area were empty, not even the food was left. After asking four or five times, they barely filled four plates and only managed to eat a few bites of food. I had to run over and ask twice before the white rice was served, the steamed buns were still cold, and the homemade drinks tasted like boiled water. There is no canteen in the hotel, and the vending machine only has three or four snacks such as instant noodles and potato chips that cost ten yuan, and the rest are some drinks. Breakfast ends at nine o'clock, and if you miss it, there will be nothing to eat. Environment: You can take photos at the main entrance. The back door was overgrown with weeds and no one cleaned it. Suggestion: Chunkun Mountain is beautiful, with fresh air, and is not far from the city of Baotou. It is a perfect place for people from all over the country to escape the summer heat. Since it is the only formal hotel, it should take the lead and provide good services in all aspects, so as to drive the progress of surrounding homestays, attract more vacationers, create a positive cycle effect, and increase the income of local residents. Instead of doing everything perfunctorily, seemingly doing a lot but not doing any of them seriously, that is equivalent to doing nothing, and may even produce negative effects and bring bad reputation to Chun Kun Shan.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. All kinds of mysterious operations. I especially want to comment on the woman with glasses at the front desk. Her service awareness is as bad as ****.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. There are big spiders on the bed and bugs on the curtains. The service was also bad. The TV in the room could not be switched to another channel. The waiter said that the signal was not good in the mountains. Someone came to check after a while and found out that the remote control was out of battery.

This was the worst hotel on this trip. The hygiene was very poor, and the carpet in the corridor was full of dirt. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The floor in the room was covered with hair and melon seeds. The TV didn't work, and I contacted the front desk but no one came to check it. I had no choice but to go down and look for it several times with my children. Finally, they told me that lightning had struck the signal tower, so many rooms could not be seen. A thin, dark, tall waiter was indifferent and sat at his seat to answer questions, but he couldn't understand the questions asked. The restaurant staff was very good and the lunch tasted good.
