Wanhe Hotel

The receptionist was enthusiastic and efficient, standing to serve guests with a smile. She was highly effective, explained things clearly, and tried her best to meet guests' reasonable needs. The room furniture was sturdy and easy to use. Parking was available underground or in front of the hotel, with easy access. The breakfast area was spacious.

I went out for breakfast this morning, grabbed my breakfast voucher, but forgot my room key. After closing the door, I ran into six staff members in the hallway. Some were checking rooms, others were cleaning. I greeted them, but the person checking rooms glanced at me and ignored me. So I went to the cleaning room and said, "Hello, I forgot my room key. Could you swipe it for me so I can get it?" I asked which room it was and waited outside, but no one came. I said "Hello" several times, but they pretended not to hear me. I spoke up to them, and they started giving me the runaround again. Don't they understand? I went to the restaurant to get a replacement card and then went back to breakfast. When they started clearing the room, I said there was no more breakfast. The staff member in white ignored me and continued clearing the room. Then the staff member in a suit said there was still porridge, and the two staff members in white continued clearing the room. I thought the staff could at least ask if we needed anything before clearing the room. Is that so difficult? At that moment, I just hoped the restaurant wouldn't go out of business! The electrical wire next to the toilet is right next to a shower; aren't they afraid of getting electrocuted? The elevator is so dirty—it's obvious it hasn't been cleaned in ages! Terrible service and an absolutely awful environment.

Guyuan was the first stop on my trip to Ningxia. I chose to stay at the Guyuan Wanhe Hotel for four nights in two rooms, including breakfast, which was great value for money. The hotel is very close to Guyuan Railway Station, about 6 yuan by taxi. It's also very close to the city center, within walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, perfect for a slow-paced lifestyle. The hotel opened a while ago, so the overall decor is a bit dated, but it didn't affect the overall experience. The rooms were really big, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bedding was also quite comfortable. The only downside was that if you needed something and asked the staff to bring it, they were a bit slow, but the service was excellent.

The overall experience of this stay was good! The hotel staff had a great service attitude, from checking in to consulting the surroundings, they were patient and meticulous, which made people feel warm. There are enough parking spaces in the parking lot, and it is very convenient to park by car, and there is no need to worry about parking problems. However, it is a bit regrettable that the sound insulation effect of the rooms facing the street is not good, and the noise of traffic and passers-by at night is more obvious. Friends who have light sleep are advised to communicate in advance to change the direction of the room. I hope the hotel can optimize the sound insulation facilities in the future. Overall, it is still worth recommending!

I have never come across a hotel with such poor facilities. There is no air conditioning. The room was so hot at night. There was no blanket or electric fan. I don't know how I fell asleep. The soundproofing was very poor. The sound of the shower pipe in the next room was very loud. I booked two nights, but I decisively canceled the second night and changed to Home Inn. Locals said that few people stayed in this hotel anymore.

The hotel is relatively old, the soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the neighbors talking, but fortunately the neighbors go to bed early so it is not too noisy, parking is convenient, the security uncle is very enthusiastic, the front desk service attitude is very good, the breakfast is quite rich

從彭陽金雞坪梯田回來，路過固原，這家酒店房間寬敞明亮，停車方便，價格適中，服務熱情，設施有點陳舊，衞生還算乾淨。

入住體驗感直接拉滿！下次來還必須給這家酒店打滿分！大堂也太好看了吧！水晶燈bulingbuling的，迎客松背景牆也超有特色，拍照都很出片~前台小哥哥小姐姐都超温柔，辦理入住一點都不拖沓，全程很順暢。環境乾淨又大氣，細節裏都是用心，來這邊玩住這裏真的太舒服啦，閉眼沖不虧！

房間寬敞，設施齊備，但有點陳舊。乾淨衞生，物件擺放有序。服務熱情，早餐品種多。交通便捷，距固原火車站很近。
