We've had our first family vacation experience with our little 15 months old toddler in this beautiful house with beautiful hosts... Awesome food including vegan options, clean and comfortable vintage room, always smiling and welcoming hosts who made us forget that we're on vacation, instead made us feel like we are at our own home. Our toddler enjoyed playing in the safe garden with beautiful plants and trees while we were enjoying our drinks under refreshing air with my spouse. The location is exceptionally perfect considering the distance to historical & touristic places, national parks and the beautiful beaches on the region. It is still a perfect place for those who prefer to rest before a beautiful sight in a stone house located in a magical stonehouse village. We already pointed this place as our favorite one that will be visited frequently on our vacations and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who plans a travel to this region. The place needs to be closed urgently. I went to this high-end, low-quality hotel on the day of my reservation, which I made a reservation for 1 week ago and was told that your reservation was made. I was coming from out of town. At first, I couldn't understand exactly where the hotel was because it looked neither a hotel nor a hostel (the place they show in the photos does not belong to the hotel). A man with a broken arm was sitting inside. In front of him was a table with only paper and pencil. I stated that I had a reservation. First he looked at a piece of paper, then he looked at me, then he looked at the paper again. Then he said yes, you have a name. I said okay, can I go to the room? He started asking different questions. Did you come with a company, did you have any other friends, etc. I said no to all of them. He waited and waited. With a confused expression, he said, ”Someone else came and went into the room, using your name.” I explained to my friend with a broken arm that such a thing would not be possible. He asked the same questions again. I said it again. Because I have no connection with anyone and no one knows my name. ”It's so weird, it's the first time it's happened to me.” He made up made-up sentences like: I've seen a lot of people acting, but this is the first time I've come across someone who does it this badly. Now I got angry and said, ”Then since it was entered using my name, let's go out and see who it is and I'll take them out.” I said. His face changed, even the color of his arm changed. It was ruined. How can I get it out, I received the payment in advance, etc. He said things like. At that moment, I realized what had caught my attention when I first walked in. Why is his arm broken?

The location just a pleasant stroll from Kusadasi is fabulous, especially as the views and sunsets are wonderful. On the downside when it’s hot during the day, that walk back up the hill is a killer (prepare to be sweaty!) This hotel was clean, staff were friendly and efficient, rooms and pool were lovely. We would absolutely go back again to this hotel, but a couple of suggestions - we had water in the fridge and coffee sachets on arrival, but these were never replaced. It would be a low cost and very welcome improvement had they been replenished each day. Breakfast was adequate, but limited. We ate at the hotel 3 evenings, and whilst we enjoyed the food, the menu was again limited. I think had we gone with the inclusive evening meal option we might have struggled with choice. We hired a car for 5 days, and driving is like being in whacky races - but the historical sites and history are fabulous and there are truly bucket list venues. Ephesus is a must. Bafa Golu lake was a favourite, Pamukkale thermal pools just stunning.

Hotel was in 2 parts old and new. All adequate but nothing special. Drinks offering very poor unless you want to spend additional money, not really the point on an all inclusive. Staffs level of English was non existent and animation staff not really interested unless you were regulars or from an EU country I. E. Bulgaria or Holland. Food OK but not as much variety of the week, again more for the tastes of the Bulgarians. Probably wouldn't book it again and the beach needs a tidy. The tui photos are also very old.
