Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta/Duluth/Gwinnett County

The first night, I woke up feeling like I was biting, and I found bedbugs, so I caught them, and when I turned on the light, there were bedbugs on the wall, so I took pictures and videos, and when I went to the counter to complain, they just changed my room. I met the manager in the morning and he didn't even apologize, so I asked if I was going to check out, and I reported it to the county health department. The county office called today and said they were going to do an inspection, so I'm waiting for the results tomorrow. A single apology would have been enough~~ Bad staff. Bad facilities. This is truly the worst, worst hotel.

Very poor service, no hot water, no one to repair the sewers, and even though it was confirmed that it was a service dog, the pet fee was deducted from the account without authorization, which would not have been discovered without checking the account.

I went on a trip to Duluth and stayed one night at a hotel in a good location. I think the accommodations and location were impeccable, but the ice maker not working and the staff's customer service were a bit disappointing. Other than that, I think it was okay.
