The room condition is good, but there is no running water in the room, no microwave, and none on that floor either. The view isn't great; it might vary by room, but the 2nd floor of Building D where I stayed was not good. The pool in Building D is smaller than expected, and the bathroom on that floor has no running water or toilet flush; the condition is a complete mess. It seems like they don't maintain it at all. The outdoor pool is nice for swimming while looking at the sea, but the pools are all on the small side. If it gets crowded in the middle of summer, it feels like it will burst. There isn't a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and convenience stores are far away. I guess that's because it isn't a tourist area. Aside from the room being clean, it doesn't seem to have any merits.

I booked this purely because the ocean view from the room was beautiful. I was satisfied because the view from the room was so pretty. I prefer the spa to be right in front of the window, but you need to be careful as it is visible from the outside. You have to pay to buy toiletries like toothbrushes and soap, so you should bring them in advance. The outdoor pool has stagnant water due to trash like plastic bags and styrofoam; if you don't clean it, it will be a shame to see it being cleaned. I think it is the best place just to relax while looking at the ocean from the room. You can also see the Tomb of King Munmu from the room. There is an ego cafe right next door.

Even if it isn't a famous hotel, this seems excessive. 1. First off, all kinds of bugs were frequently seen. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn't react much. They just said it was to be expected since it's near the beach. Shouldn't they have cleaned up the bugs on the floor beforehand? 2. There was hair, ***** hair, and even toenails on the floor... Why didn't they clean it? 3. There were toothpaste stains on the bathrobe. Do they not wash them? 4. There was even plastic in the room service food. The room service food is of very low quality. It felt like they were just heating up frozen instant food packs. 5. The pool water was practically ice-cold, so it was impossible to swim. They only informed me upon arrival and check-in. I couldn't swim at all that day. They said it takes an hour to raise the temperature by just one degree. It is at a level where you need to reach 35 degrees to swim. It was a waste of time and money. Why didn't they notify us of this in advance? I wonder if they are doing it on purpose. 6. The male staff lacked discipline and seemed like they didn't want to work. At least the female staff were genuinely kind. I spent a fair amount of money, but I had a truly terrible experience.
