A lovely hotel with the perfect location, just a few steps from the subway and from the Bell Tower, with the Drum Tower and Muslim quarter also a quick walk away. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, very willing to use a translator when needed. The family room was large and very cute. It had all we needed and the air conditioner kept the room comfortable. We also appreciated the washing machine, although we didn't find a dryer. It was dry enough in Xi'an to dry our clothes in the room, though. The breakfast was good, including mostly Chinese options with a few western-leaning. (I prefer the Chinese options, so I don't look too closely at the others. ) A highly recommended stay!

Lucky to have booked this hotel for my short stay in Xian and the start of my journey around northern China. Besides it's perfect location, near Xian old city walls etc, Staff is so helpful, particularly Ms Zhong who helped me get to the right place to apply for my China Sim card and gave me all the necessary info to get around Xian. I extended my stay for 2 nights. Room is super clean, free laundry machines, and pretty hitech!

The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Xi’an. Everything went perfectly during my stay, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
