We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew dealer! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

An exceptional hotel in every sense. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home, thanks to the genuine warmth and impeccable service of the entire team. During our stay, our son became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to care for us — assisting with medical arrangements and accompanying us to the hospital with remarkable kindness and professionalism. At the same time, they thoughtfully supported my husband and our younger daughter at the hotel, even helping during breakfast, which brought us immense comfort. The hotel also hosted a truly beautiful Christmas Eve dinner, creating a warm and memorable celebration for our family. The Kids Club was outstanding, and the food and coffee were without question the best we experienced on our trip. This level of heartfelt hospitality is rare. A stay we will never forget, and a hotel we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

this villa is excellent. Everything is clean. They really helpful there to accommodate you and your family. They have so many cool things for the kids to play and enjoy, close to the beach, the food in the buffet and the restaurant was awesome. We will be back again and again, in fact the whole family really enjoyed this location, the family favourite place of all our travels in the last year. Good job.

My family enjoyed ourselves very much on Rita Cruise which we were switched from Alisa cruise on Ha Long Bay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were promptly informed by Mr Tony Pham, C.O.O. of the company. Transportation from hotel till check-in was smooth. Mr Alex and Mr Happy on Rita cruise made sure all guests were taken care of during the cruise. Food was plenty and well prepared. Activities were reasonable and varied. Kayaking and caves viewing in a boat were enjoyed by all. I had an experience in cooking class on board. My hubby and daughter had fun in squid fishing. The presidential suite we stayed in was amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi,massage chair and having fun at the mini golf on the balcony. It was a memorable and unforgettable trip for us. Thank you to Mr Tony for the souvenirs and for constantly checking to make sure we are fine. The gesture is very much appreciated. Check out these cruises if ever in Hanoi.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff were amazing—so welcoming and helpful. We came as two families with five children and got four rooms. All the rooms were very clean and well equipped. The location is also excellent—very close to the center and to the boats, which made getting around super easy. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the hotel was with our dietary needs. Since we keep kosher, they kindly let us use their restaurant kitchen to cook our own food. That kind of flexibility and kindness made a huge difference for us.
