Excellent service. Nice, comfortable room. Very responsive on WhatsApp beforehand, and helped organize bus to Bac Ha afterwards. It is not in the center of town, but ATMs and restaurants are a short walk.

Very good service and cleanliness room. Strongly recommend for stay and motorbikes rental. The owners are very kind and helpful. Really enjoy the ha Giang loops trip.

The location was a bit off the main street, but everything else was wonderful. Especially the owner's family was very kind. On the night I was taking the bus back to Hanoi, I had some time to spare before departure, so I wandered around and when I came back, the owner was waiting to have dinner together. They asked me where I had been, which was very touching. And when it was time for the bus, they even drove me to the bus stop. I tried to give them a tip as an apology, but they refused to take it and just said 'Come again'

ハザンの中心からは少し離れてますが、ハノイからの長距離バス近くに停まってくれるので便利。 24時間レセプションは開いてるので、朝早い到着や深夜でもチェックインできて便利です。 客室は清潔で広々としてよかったのですが、アメニティが少しホコリ被っていたり、汚れていたりしていました。 それでも給湯ポットとドライヤーが備え付けられていたのは良かった。 スタッフも親切で、ハザンループツアーを紹介してくれました。 周辺のお店は少ないので要注意です。近くにやすい食堂がありました。
